Potomac River Home
The Noyes Makers, located in Westmoreland County, is a family summer home loved and shared for over twenty years. On the beautiful wide Potomac River, enjoy saltwater fishing, crabbing, and kayaking. The sandy beach is perfect for sunning, flying kites, playing volleyball and corn hole. The river's great for swimming and floating on rafts.
The home accommodates two families with children and includes three bedrooms downstairs with one and a half baths, a large dorm room upstairs with two double beds, one king, and a roll-away. The house sleeps 13. In the adjoining room is a half bath and a washer and dryer. Other rooms in the home include a great room with gas logs, two glassed-in sunrooms with access from each to a large deck, and a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and disposal. Outside is a wonderful enclosed warm-water shower. Also available is a utility shed for tools, toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc.

In walking distance is a fully equipped marina/restaurant, and for short day trips is Westmoreland State Park, Stratford Hall, Robert E. Lee's birthplace, Pope's creek where George Washington was born, and other historical places of interest. Many of Virginia's wineries are close by as well.

Lake Gaston Home
This large yet cozy lake house on beautiful Lake Gaston has lots to offer including Incredible views of the lake and room for your whole family. There are 2 Kitchen / Living Areas, 6 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms on two separate levels that will sleep at least 13.
On the top level you will find a two-car attached garage, Full Kitchen/Living Area, Master bedroom/ bath and two other bedrooms and a bath with lots of windows to take in the view from the comfort of your recliner. There is also plenty of room on the attached outside deck to relax and enjoy the view.
On the Basement level is another Full Kitchen/ Living area, Master bedroom/ bath and two other bedrooms and bath. A POOL TABLE and Large Screen TV to enjoy a movie or a Football game will give you plenty to do inside. You could also choose to play Ping Pong or enjoy coffee and conversation on the large screened-in porch off the lower level.
Down the stairs past the sandy beach and the fire pit area is a brand new Boathouse with wooden bar and drink fridge. Climb the winding stairs and enjoy the view from the upper level deck right on the water.
Lake Gaston lies on the VA / NC border between Interstates 85 and 95. It's an easy two hour drive south from Richmond. There are Local Restaurants and a Food Lion just 10 min from the house.

The house will be available October 1 - November 15 and March 1 - June 15.

Wintergreen Resort Townhome
The townhouse is 2,000 sq. ft. and has 3 bedrooms - two on first floor and the master is on the third. Second floor is the living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen. There is also a Powder room on the 2nd floor and a deck off the living room. Each bedroom has a private, full bath (en Suite). The Front Bedroom on the 1st floor can be either twin beds or a King size. Kitchen has standard family size appliances, new two years ago, and is fully equipped with small appliances, dishes, glasses, flatware, pans, pots, casseroles, etc. A stacked Washer/Dryer is on the first floor. The HVAC is Zoned - one for the first & second floors and the other for the third floor. There are two designated parking places directly in front of the townhouse. All linens; laundry, dishwashing & dishwasher detergents as well as bathing toiletries are provided; firewood is provided when the weather is cool/cold. Guest Passes are available. Sleeps six, including children.
The townhome is available between October 1 and November 15, 2019 and March 16 and September 30 in 2020. NO PETS, NO SMOKING.
